Return Policy
We are confident that you will love our products. However, you may return your item/s for any reason by adhering to the following guidelines: You may return your unused item/s within 30 days from the date of purchase. All original tags must be attached and packaging must be returned as originally received. We will not accept used/worn items. You must include the original packing slip and completed return slip. Please be sure to indicate the reason for your return. Your credit card will be refunded the full amount minus the cost of shipping once we receive and inspect your returned item.

Return Guidelines:

• You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase

• We will mail a return form and return label
• Package item/s in original box
• Item/s MUST be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase
• Refund (total minus the cost of shipping) issued once package is received and inspected
• Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE

Special Order Policy
We are happy to place a special order for you. A representative will contact you with an approximate arrival
time once your order is placed. Please allow adequate time for special orders. Returns on special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We understand the importance of protecting our customers’ privacy. All of the information provided to us is completely confidential. Your name, address, phone number, credit card information, and your purchase are encrypted and secure. You may elect to subscribe to our mailing list to take advantage of specials and sales; however, you will never receive anything from a third party.

As an online retailer, we must collect public and private information from each of our customers. We collect information necessary to complete an order such as, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card financial information.

Shipping Policy
We process orders Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and we ship orders Tuesday and Thursday. We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Currently, pepper spray and stun guns are only available to Nevada Residents.

Stun guns NOT available to ex-felons and persons under 18 years of age.

Due to regulations, pepper spray must be shipped via ground service. Pepper spray will NOT be sent via express/overnight. We use UPS to ship pepper spray.
